How to Calibrate Power Supply Voltage and Current Readings

Have you noticed that the readings on your dc power supply for voltage or current, don’t seem to match with your usage? Here show you how to do it ?

1. Remove the metal cover of the power supply.

2. Plug in ,and turn on the power supply.

3. Please turn the four knobs with clockwiseas follow picture) to the maximum value

4. Measure the output terminal voltage with a multimeter pen, and check the voltage value

displayed on the multimeter, Use a screwdriver to adjust the CV potentiometer ( picture as follow)

on the display board , and make sure the displayed voltage value is consistent with the

multimeter value.

5. Turn off the power supply.

6.Set the multimeter to the current position , and make the multimeter in series between the

positive and negative lines.

7. Turn on the power supply ,and check the current value on the multimeter, and then use

screwdriver to adjust the CC potentionmeter ,and make sure the displayed current is the same to

the multimeter value.
